Error 26013 upgrade from xp fr3 to PS4.0

have the same problem. I have:
windows2000
XP FR3
MDAC2.8
Jet 40 SP8
.NetFramework 1.1 SP1 and all patches from microsoft
registert the msjtes40.dll.
my database is Access

When I run the upgrade to PS4 i get the error:
Error 26013. Function InitializeTree2 returned failure in CTX_MF_IMA_InitializeTree2 the database username or password may be wrong.

With my first server _(the server with the database) it works.

What can I do?

Citrix doesn't recommend an inplace upgrade.

They suggest a rebuild. Sorry for the bad news.
