Error 2504-Operation cancelled by user

After attempting to compact a database on a 3.5 to take back to office, a 'not enough room' message appeared and I clicked okay. Later, I cannot get into the form and the message is 'operation canceled by user.' I cannot even open up design view. Is there a way to open this form and get rid of the message. Obviously, from now on I compact on my hard drive and move to my 3.5, right? I've designed about 4 databases that are used on networks, but I've never had this problem before. I'm access literate and capable, but am not totally knowledgeable. more i learn, less i know.

Try doing a repair. If this doesn't work, try creating an new databse and importing this form into it. I have had this problem before but there was nothing I could do to get into the problem form. I had to write off all changes I had made, revert to a backup db and make the changes again.
