Greetings,
I have a connection question in regards to SQL Server 2005 (Express edition). I have set the Security tab to “SQL Server and Windows Authentication Mode” and have created a new user, “TestUser”, with a password of “password”. When I attempt to log in to the server (as that user), however, I receive the following error message:
“Cannot connect to HOME-PC\SQLEXPRESS.
Additional information:
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 – No process is on the other end of the pipe.) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 233)”
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
