Error -2147190908 in CRAXDRT

I have a user who is loading a report using the ActiveX report viewer. When trying to export the report to an Excel spreadsheet, they get the following error:

CRAXDRT Error Occurred on Server. -2147190908 : Failed to export the report.

Thus far, I have exported the report to a local report, then attempted to export to Excel from there; I got the same error.

I've removed and reinstalled Crystal Reports, but still get the same error.

She is using Crystal Reports 8.5 Professional on Windows 2000 Pro.

Any ideas?

This is a Crystal Enterprise (CE) forum, are you using CE?

Are they attempting this directly from within Crystal (you mentioned the Active-X control, or?
