error 2103 Server you specified cannot be located

I have an employee when we try and open their email it asks for user name, password and domain. when we fill this informatio in we recieve the following error message "error 2103 Server you specified cannot be located"??? How is this possible. Everyone is signed on to the same server and no else has complained in regards to email problems??

What OS is this client using, if win95/98 try adding the server details in the host table

Example

192.168.xxx.xxx servername
