Error 2085 trying to connect to a cluster queue in VB6

I am trying to connect to a cluster queue in VB6 and continue to get the error 2085.

I have ensured that all permissions are setup correctly and when I try to write to a local queue using the application it works just fine, but once I try to write to a cluster queue that has been defined on a different server, it blows up.

All code is exactly the same from one to the next, but I must be missing something simple in the connection to the cluster queue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the queue visible from the queue manager you are trying to put to this queue. If you do a dis qcluster(*) from the qeueu manager your vb apps is connected to, does it show the queue you are trying to put to. If not, then you have to set up your cluster properly for the queue to be available/publishsed to this qmgr.
