Error 20599

while executing a CR8 rpt file, some times vb returns error number 20599 with description: Can Not Open SQL server. but on next or third attempt report executes without any problem.
any one can guide me regarding this problem.

This is a very common problem even back to Crystal Reports 7
Just search this site for 20599 or the web for Crystal Reports 20599. However there was no single answer that solved it for me - even on the Crystal Reports support site.

It only affected 2reports out of over 100 -
The problems gone now, who knows what fixed it, I dont
- CR7 service pack, new odbc drivers.... -
