Internal server error

httpd error log shows

[error](2)No such file or directory:
exec of /home/mydomain/
But this path to directory and file Does exist on server.

Why can't server/apache find it?

You need to create the directory listing and assign
httpd/apache values to this construct in httpd.conf.
<Directory "/home/mydomain...">

<Limit rules/>
<Access rules/>

</Directory>

You will also have to write a custom config for your home
based cgi-directory.
You really need to buy a good book and start with the basics
with apache, and then build up to things like external
cgi-directories in user homes, etc...
Thats my opinion at least.
Good Luck.
