ERROR 1920

I AM ON A DECK ALPHA RUNNING UNDER NT 4.0. I AM TRYING TO INSTALL NEW DEVICE DRIVERS FOR MY SENTINEL KEY. I GET AN ERROR 1920 SERVICE SENTINEL FAILURE TO START VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT PRIVELAGES TO START SYSTEM SERVICES. I AM LOGGED ON AS AN ADMIN. I DONT NOW WHAT ELSE TO TRY CAN SOMEONE HELP !!!!!! THANKS

First of all... don't yell to us... I'm almost deaf... ;-)
Maybe you should check the properties of the Sentinel service and make sure it runs on a administrator account.. (instead of the default 'desktop' account) Peter Van Eeckhoutte
