Error 1920.Service Symantec Antivirus failed to start

I am trying to install NAVCE10 as an unmanaged client but midway installation the following error message pops up and am unable to continue:

"Error 1920. Service Symantec Antivirus failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priviledges to start system services."

This client is running Win XP PRO + SP2. It is not on the network and the user is a computer administrator.

Please help!
