Error 1920 Failing to start Services

I was having a problem with a client not getting the virus definitions from the SAV 8.0 Corporate Edition Server. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the SAV 8.0 client and During installation I get an error 1920 failing to start (NAVSERVER). Thats not the exact error message because I didn't want to interrupt the user again. I went through the manual uninstall steps that can be found at Symantec's website and still the installation fails when I try to install it again. Anyone ever get this and what did you do to overcome the problem?
