Error 1904:Crystal Report 8.5

Hi,
Does anyone know how will I solve the error message appearing "Error 1904:Module C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Report Desighner Component\craxddrt.dll failed to register.HRESULT -2147024885.Contact your support personnel."

This message appears when I try to install Crystal Report 8.5 on a Windows 95 B version.

I think it is related why I cannot print/view on my vb program integrated with Crystal Report 8.5 everytime I try to view\print the crystal report, An error message "Physical database not found -2147192191".This program works well on windows 2000 and 98 platform so i don't know what seems to be the problem on windows 95. Please help me.Thanks.
