When I try to install Norton Antivirus 2003, I recieve an error saying "error 1719. the windows installer service could not be accessed. this can occur if u are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed." I have no clue what the problem is. All my other friends have 2003 and also have WinXP so it can't be winxp. If you happen to know please tell me. Thanks
