Error 1706:No valid source could be found for TRAYAPP

Hello. Since this afternoon I've got this really stupid problem: every time I get into Windows, this Trayapp installer window automatically pops up and says: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

And below that sentence it has a form where I have to type in the source of a file named TRAYAPP.MSI which I dont have on my computer.

I've got that same file on a CD from HP. And right there is my PROBLEM: my comp won't read that identical file off the CD, and I don't know why?! CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE?
The only way i can X it out is by closing it down via Task Manager and that's starting to be annoying.
