Can anyone point me in the right direction. I have a Phaser860 with this error. I can't figure out what to do. Most everything I read mentions postscript, however the tech support only tells me there is a bad internal part. No other avennues to try.Help!!!!!!!!!

Howdy, your drum heater has a slow thermistor.check the sensor on the left of the drum inside the top door. Run a piece of paper through it to clean. Check the head to drum gap, and look to see if the heater even lights up.Try pushing heavy stock through the heaters flaps, they may be sticking.

If you are still having this error, let me know. The most common cause for this error code is a burnt out preheater light bulb, or sometimes the contacts for the bulb will burn away. Watch your printer on the right side as it first starts to warm up. You should see a white light flashing through the louvers after about one minute. I've replaced dozens of these bulbs, it's not an unusual occurrance.

we have this probolem also where can we buy the light bulb, we do not get it during the first few mins anymore any help would be great thanks dennis
