Error (1392) during compile after unexplained template registry change

When opening the app file I've been working on, Clarion went through some sort of template registry update. I haven't made any registry changes since the last I opened the file.

After making a few minor changes to my app, I tried a compile. I got this error message:

Error (1392):cif$fileopen esd20218.RSC The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
