error 134 after ibm fixpaks

i upgraded the ibm fixpaks. we also had some data corruption (have) and the apibd table shuts the db2 service down.
is there any way i can get the database reconnected via the database setup of accpac? i get 'unable to connect to the database error = 134.

Error 134 means "table already exists", which means you've gotten Accpac very confused. Try running Dbspy to see which table it's complaining about.

unfortunately i am not so lucky.
all it states is which it is linking to
then gives the database driver of a4wdb2.dll
then getfilevalidationinfosize returned a length of 1876
database driver returned error code 134
