Error 1311 1

Hi, When ever I click on the Norton shield in the task bar it wants to install features from the MSI. The popup reads as follows "Error 1311.Source file not found: D:\Documents and Settings\Woodsti\Local Settings\Temp\~SMI4248\SAV-Client-Managed_BlankParent-8.11.314a.msi\Data1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."


Any suggestions?
