Error 1311 cannot find M124.cab when installing CR Server

Trying to install Crystal Reports Server XI on a Windows 2003 Server SP2.

Copied CD 1 from CD onto E:\ of server as did not install from CD.

Performing server installation
Using an existing database server (SQL Server ODBC)
Web Component Adapter Type: Chosen IIS ASP.NET
(Removed Java application server option)

Receive the following error half way through installation:

Error 1311. Source file not found: E:\cr server xi\win32\m124.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Had a look on both server and CD and cannot find M124.cab
Any help much appreciated!

Hi,
You have discovered one of my pet peeves about the Business Objects Installation program..It fails to indicate that a new disk is needed ( A simple 'please insert Disk 2' for instance) - this cannot be that difficult a task since every other multi-disk installation set I have ever used can do it..

The other main issue I have had is the installation of many more files than specified in a custom install - it seems determined to install the developer docs which can take up an additional 600 MB oor so.
