error 127

RCC runniing fine for 3 months then we now get this error message when trying to run reports :
MSFT OLEDB Provider for ODBL Drivers [Mysql] [ODBC 3.51 Driver] [mysqld-4.1.14.n5-log] got error 127 from storage engine /RCC/Report_pages/answered_report.asp, line 14

any suggestions ? We can see live calls.

goto \rcc\dbfixutil\ and repair any currupt data tables this should fix your problem

I do not see the dbfixutil in the rcc server file . Is this something that we have to download and then run ?
