Hi,
I really some help with this one. I have 2 computers connected together via crossover cable to share the internet connection. It's been working fine for months now, then yesterday, the secondart computer doesn't have internet access anymore. The main does have internet access and when I try to go to ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) to share the acces. It tells me "Error 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.".
I checked that the service (Windows Firewall - Internet connection share) is started but when I try to retstart/start it gives me the same error. I don't understand how "just like that it stopped working". i can say though that it was working fine until I ran Adaware or Spybot (i'm not too sure which one might/could/possibly caused the problem).
I really need to have the secondard computer back online.
Please help.
Thank you,
JJ
