ERROR 1130: Host 'host' is not allowed...

ERROR 1130: Host 'host' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.

This is the error I get when I try to connect to the server from another machine. I believe that this is because that machine isn't in the server's user tables.

I checked out this link:

http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/Access_denied.html

and it told me to add a row to the user, db, or host table.
It didn't tell me how and I can't seem to get the correct syntax. Can anybody help me out with this one. ------------------------------------------
