What cannot access database error=113? accpac

Check your access rights to teh Accpac share.
Also add SYSTEM with full control.

how do you add system with full control?

forgot to say, my computer is running pervasive psql 9 with maximizer and where the accpac sharedata folder is, is running pervasive sql 2000, does that matters?
