Error 1114

I am getting the following error when trying to use an ASP page to call an ODBC Oracle connection using the 10g ODBC driver:

"Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 (Oracle in OraClient10g_home1)"

Does anyone know what this means? I have searched on the web with no solution thus far.
