Hi, got a HP Evo d330 in which I have just added a PNY Technologies Quadro NVS Dual Head graphics card.

upon bootup the BIOS of the machine displays a
"ERROR 110-out of memory space for option ROMs"
error message, if I press F1 to continue, the machine boots fine, and the dual head card works a treat.

I am a bit puzzeled over this, and the only place I can find, when checking "google" for the error message is HP's Japanese support site - upon getting babelfish to translate, the steps discribed to resolve make no real sense..

Matt, thanks for that link.

the first few steps fixed it all...

1. Start or restart the computer.
2. Press the F10 key when the F10=Setup message appears on screen.
3. Select the appropriate language option.
4. Press the Enter key.
5. Select Advanced > Power-On Options > ACPI/USB Buffer @ Top of Memory > Enable.

Obviously I did not really want to disable the NIC as outlined in HP's step 6, but just changing the setting for the ACPI/USB buffer fixed the issues I was having.

Well done

Gary
