Have been getting the following:
Error:10022 Enabling SSL services for HTTPSTK.NLM -SSL Disabled

Followed the following TIDs:
Error:10022 Enabling SSL services for HTTPSTK.NLM - TID10073617
Error:10022 Enabling SSL services for HTTPSTK.NLM - TID10056945
Reinstalling Certificate Server - TID10050254
SSL initialization fails when loading HTTPSTK.NLM - TID10056039
. . . and many other at the knowledge base

I have reinstalled CertServer and had errors creating the SSL CertificateIP
& SSL CertificateDNS
and had to do it afterwards with ConsoleOne. They still gave me the Error:
10022 so I then used PKIDIAG.NLM and seem to have taken a step backward as
now I cannot recreate the keys nor can PKIDIAG. We now get an Error -1418
and so I followed TID10071163 which says that the TreeKey is corrupt and to
rebuild the entire TreeKey environment. I did but still get error -1418 when
I follow the steps in TID10071163 to test by creating a private key for a
user.

The server is a Netware SBS v6 and is between a cable DSL router (the DMZ)
and the user LAN running Border Manager, GroupWise (POA, MTA, GWIA), Novonyx
FTP, Arcserve backup software, and antivirus (all working fine) and we want
to get the GroupWise WebAccess running on this. I do have portal services
running at port 8009 and such just fine but we cannot get SSL to load.

Has anybody gone through this who can offer me some guidance.

Much appreciated.
