Error 0xc020901c - DB2 to SQL 2005 import wizard error

We are Importing from iSeries AS400 to SQL server 2005 using OLE DB and SQL 2005 Import and Export Wizard. The wizard executes and imports 49588 records then fails with the following error:
"Error 0xc020901c: Data Flow Task: There was an error with output column "JE103A" (161) on output 'OLE DB Source Output' (11). The column status returned was: "Text was truncated or one or more characters had no match in the target code page.

Sounds like your target column is not big enough for all the data

or your data has characters in it that the collation you are using for the table does not have available.
