error 0x80040610 "the message size being sent exceeds the message size

Hi Guys

I keep getting this error message error 0x80040610 "the message size being sent exceeds the message size established for this user" on all users trying to send messages over 10 mb. i have set the limits under mailbox store to 100000 kb on the send and receive limits, i also get the message saying mailbox exceeded mailbox size.

any help would be greatly appreciated
