Error 0X4101

We get the following error during backup: "Error 0X4101 reading summary file 2C000001. Press any key to continue." The same error occurs again with a different file name. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,...We have found the solution to this problem and corrected it. If I knew how, I'd delete this post, but I want to thank anyone who has read this post and spent any time trying to help.
