Error (0.1.0020) in AutoCAD 2004

hello all,

I have PC's which keeps losing its AutoCAD 2004 liecene and i have to keep contacting Autodesk to get a new authrisation code.

Does anyone know why this happens? and possibel how to stop it.....

PC spec's below:

Windows 2000 SP4
AutoCAD 2004 SP1a (with userdata.dll loaded)
We use roaming profiles on the network

HELP!!!
