We have written a mail client application which is used to automatically respond to customer requests on our web site.
This application is run directly on our Web/Exchange Mail server.
When our outgoing emails are received using Outlook or Exchange, the recipient views the email properly without an erroneous attachment.
When the recipient uses a non-Microsoft mail client, however, an erroneous attachment is included. This attachment appears to be of a binary nature and is perhaps a header with routing information.
Is this due the the configuration of our Exchange Server which is sending the email?
Thank you for any insight on this matter!
