errocode E6670, E3712,E3719 on ArcServe v11

Hi,
Has anyone every received the following error codes on Arserve v11. I am running v11 on Poweredge 1400SC Windows XP Professional SP 1, connected to a PowerVault 112T with 2 Benchmark DLTVS80 Tape Drives.

Looks like you were running a backup and it spanned tapes. Then when the new tape was loaded it was positioned to the physical beggining of the tape. Problem is that DLT tapes have a header section used only by the drive and not the application. So BAB was not able to write to tape.

Does this always happen when spanning tapes?
Are the tapes a make and model approved of by Benchmark?

Hi David,
Backup jobs that doesn't expand to 1 tape is fine. When multiplexing Backup Jobs, a sub-job that spans onto second tape fails,but the next sub-job is sucessful writing to second tape. On the second tape,I was able to write 50 Megs of data for DR sub-job.
I just installed the latest Benchmark Tape drivers for Windows XP. The Dell PowerVault 110T is listed in Arserve's v11 certified devices. Hopefully, today's Backup will run gracefully. Maybe its just an issue on Windows XP Professional?
