Erro in initialization of "ovw"

My system is showing the following message when execute the command "ovw" for initialization of NNM:

"link_incompatibility: Warning: Shared library /usr/OV/lib/libov.2 was not compiled with +eh.
link_incompatibility: Warning: Shared library /usr/OV/lib/libovw.2 was not compiled with +eh.
link_incompatibility: Warning: Shared library /usr/OV/lib/libovsnmp.2 was not compiled with +eh."

What i do for solution of problem ?
What command must be executed for compilation with parameter "+eh" ?
The "make" command not resolve.

Please, someone can help-me ?
