I have a problem with connection OpenScape Business X5 Unify and Apple push Notification - APNS. When the software myPortal to go is running in background, it not receveid notifications.
I find this erro:
2017-01-09 15:39:53,088 ERROR [com.unify.osbiz.uc.apnsmanagement.APNSProvider] [highlight #FCE94F]There is no connectivity with APNS. Exception: com.notnoop.exceptions.NetworkIOException:[/highlight] java.net.UnknownHostException: [highlight #EF2929]gateway.push.apple.com[/highlight]
The Unify's support said that is a DNS's problem, but the DNS is right, and the ports APNS is allow in firewall.
Today the version software of Openscape Business is osbiz_v2_R2.1.0_261 and myPortal to go is V2R2.21.17
When use myPortal to go in network LAN, the notification work correctly.
Can someone help me with this case?
