Erro 1603 when Installing W2KSP2 Package

Can anyone tell me what error code 1603 is? I have a unattened W2KSP2 package running on a couple of clients I had a program error with that code. I thought it was not enough free space on the HDD of the tartget machines, but both have ove a gb of free space.

I guess by W2KSP2, you mean Windows 2000 Service Pack 2.
