Hello ~
We are running CCM 6.1 with Unity 4.2 with Exchange.
We continue to have MWI issues quite frequently. This seems to occur every two weeks. It's my assumption that the Exchange folks are loading patches to their Exchange servers. These Unified Messaging users are the only one's being affected - Our fix has been to reboot the Unity server after hours - when the MWI's stop working.
Is there a service that we can toggle on the Unity or CCM to clear this up?
Can this service be toggled during working hours?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
