ERR9999 codes explaination help

I've been waiting for days for my vendor and tech support to tell me what these messages that keeps popping up on my terminals mean. I get better info from this forum than I do from them, so if you can shed some light I would be very grateful.

That error code is not in any book that I have, are you sure that is ERR9999

I couldn't find it either

That is exactly how it displays on my tty. I looked in the system messages guides for MERL 2 and 3 and its not in there.

Did you print 15 0 0 0 and 76 0 0 6 and see may be that has something to do with your ERR9999 errors.

It must be something with this new MIRAN3 card we just put in the other day, since thats the Item on 15 and the other is a I2004 sets.

That’s probably why did you test Miran and see if it functions correctly
Test all channels and see if that ERR comes back.

Both of these ERR messages are associated with a background software diagnostic. The messages occur when the data for an Orion digital telephone is being checked. It indicates that the diagnostic is being run

There seems to be a problem with your music broadcast patch The patch is MPLR12088. The patch was to prevent crosstalk and call cutoff. You may need to contact you vendor or Nortel. I can't rember if the error is notice that it corrected the problem or the problem was not fixed.

I got this message today. I was told that it indicates that the patch referenced in the error code had just worked. It had just averted the problem it was created for.
