I see these errors in my Option81C Rel 25.40B quite regularly, NI2 PRI running to DMS-100, mostly during high call volume periods. It appears that the call is being torn down fast enough for the pbx's liking. In the time it takes to trace the channel twice the call drops and a new one is in its place or the TN is idle? Is there a timer on the route or the DCH I can adjust for this?
 
If this is a PRI (& IFC = NI2) check out using service messages, this will greatly improve your spans performance.
 
I have already started using the B-channel overload timer, and had thought of using B-channel service messages also. I guess I'll get with the telco look into implementing service messages. Thanks for the responses.
