Can someone tell me what ERR605 is? It tells me that the AGENT-ID TABLE IS FULL but I'm not really sure what that means. Is there anywhere in the system to up or lower this?

Check your Queue in LD 23 see how many agents you have it set for.

Thanks but that's not it because if I go to enter in more Agents than allowed I get a SCH0719. ACD Positions are Full. I'm just not sure what they mean by Agent-ID Table.

Hi,

Check in LD 23 the IDBL and IDUB prompts in the SCB data block to see if you haven't reach the set limit of agents.

We don't have a SCB built we are running Package D and it will not let you build an SCB. When you try to you get a SCH0925. But it does have something to do with the amount of agents logged in because if I log 1 person out then someone else can log in with no problem. So you are on the right track. Thanks

Looks like I need to change the Log in the ADS block. Thanks for all the help.
