ERR5525, which according to the documentation means "Parsing of name information received." Anyone have an idea how to suppress this message? We are not getting names on our caller ID and from what I've read it's because the CO is sending it in the wrong format or perhaps because they are using a softswitch (which they are). All I know is that I don't want my terminal full of this mess all the time. Any idea how to get the names working or get the message to go away? I've messed around with users on the TTY but it doesn't seem to matter what is there, it shows up on all of them.

I have. THe only users on the main maint TTY is MTC and CSC. Also on my CDR it shows up with MTC and CTY. No bug on either

Tell the LEC to quit sending you the Caller ID name and this will stop. I had to do it once. Don't know why they are sending, unless you asked. If you let them know they can turn this off and the messages will stop.
