I see a couple of post trails that ask about ERR5525 but they seem somewhat vague. We have PRI service at this customer site and I do see the name display on the M39xx phones when outside calls come in. ERR5525 messages are printing on a regular basis. Here is the RCAP from the D-Channel block and a sample of the messages that are printing. Is this a Telco issue? I don't see anything in the Nortel Solution Search.

Thanks Eddie. I was hoping someone had some history with these error codes and would be able to share their experience.
 
Check out thread 798-1227415. This is what was determined.

The ld carrier is sending info after the name, the pbx gets confused and spits out the error, only happens on pri.. nortel is working on this problem....so i've been told....seems if carrier is on a soft switch, problem happens.......

Have the carrier turn the name display off and see if it goes away.
