Has anyone ever seen err4114 " the data dn of sl-touch does not have two appearances" and know what it means. I have a customer that has five acd sets that are puting this error out repeatedly. I am thinking there is possibly corruption. If any one knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate the help.

ERR4114 on acd sets

unless your using data dn's it may be corruption.. when you stat the card does it show anything built past port 16? 30 years ago nortel had a data option and a set with an rj 21 data port on the back.. you added a data key to the set. you pressed that dialed a data dn and was connected point to point between two dumb terms.. i've only configed that in school since it had zero practial application
