Hi
So one of my sets was throwing err080. but instead of not working the same phone recieved a wake up call at 5:30 am!
We used to do wake up calls through the VM system Repartee, but i think this is coming from the PBX.
How can i tell if there is a wake up call programmed to this set: i am posting 2 tn's as theyre are 2 sets in each room

It's possible that someone is setting up the wake up call via the FFC.
Print out your FFC codes in LD 57 and look for AWUA

Hey Thanks again!

i will look into that. if so i will disable those ffc as we have not done automated wake up calls since before my time. "its too complicated" wah!

So i dont suppose there is an ld that will tell you if a wake up call has been set?

You can list many of the hospitality features including wakeup calls if you have a background terminal. These were installed for housekeeping in many of the hotels that I worked on.

If the TN was kicking ERR080 messages then I would suspect that the "wakeup call" may have been some other random signal caused by the phone set or the cable.
