Err Mssg Accessing Address Book

Name and Address Book (names.nsf) does not contain the required view.

Message appears when I try to use my address book (local or network)

Everything else is working fine.

Does this message occur when you try to get the list of people via the Address button ?
If so, the server NAB should be updated, and you should refresh the design of your local NAB.
If this is not the case, could you be a bit more specific as to when the error occurs ?

Yes it does, but I don't know how to Update the server or local NAB

I can tell you that on another pc where my mail is setup, I don't have the problem

To refresh your local NAB design, just select it from the Workspace (or open it if you're using bookmarks), and go to File/Database/Refresh Design. Validate and let it work - won't take long.
As for the server version, that is an issue for the Administrator - but he'll probably do the same thing.
Next, you might want to do the same for your mail box.
But if you say that you have two setups on two different machines, then that might be the problem. How was the other machine set up ? Did you do a regular install on both, or did one get a copy of the installation of the other ?
There is probably an ini variable with the wrong path data, and that might be what is giving you the error.
