Our QA CallPilot system currently is showing the error "CallPilot down and unable to accept calls" from the CP Web Manager. A secondary error "The following services are not operational - CallPilot Blue Call Router".
We recently completed a QA installation of Symposium, assigned resources from CallPilot which was the start of the problem. However after reversing these changes we are unable to clear the Blue Call Router problem.
