err in generating in reports

Hi,

I am using CR 10 and Remedy.

i created the report using oracle native connectivity,

in cr i am getting reports with any problem,

but while i am generating from web, am getting the below error.



Status: Failed
Printer: The instance is not printed.
External Destination: None
Creation Time: 5/1/2006 7:57:59 AM
Start Time: 5/1/2006 7:58:01 AM
End Time: 5/1/2006 7:58:18 AM
Server Used: jacausyweb1.reportjobserver
Error Message: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Data\procSched\jacausyweb1.reportjobserver\~tmpcc4448980bb410.rpt.



And i even set the Database login info for that report in the CMC and uncheck the 'prompt user for Login' option..


still am getting the error

Can any body help in this.

Did you make sure that CE has the Oracle client installed?

I usually install CR on the CE server as well for this type of testing, the error messages are much more clear.
