ERR: EVM 6p1 upgrade file clips missing: ENU

I'm using the IP500 and found this message in the Sysmonitor. I've run "Upload Voicemail files" ffrom the embedded file management tool. However, I get the following errors:

I'm using the Version 10.0 (16) Manager and running release 8.0 (16) on my IP500.

I checked for these files in the referenced location and they are not there. Where can I find these prompts to be properly uploaded to my system?
