I am receiving a copius amount of ERR 080's. The TN's are all in the same loop and shelf. The phones have not been moved, changed or swapped. I have run all the tests that I'm familiar with in LD 34 and 45 without success. Users say they can't complete calls correctly, buttons sticking, phones going to speaker automatically, routing users to different locations, even on station to station calls. I'm thinking of changing the Network card and see. I'm also getting ERR 5245 errors in the same shelf. They are all associated with RAN TN's. The error is "type" 8. ERR 5245 8 20 1 1 1. Can anyone please explain where I could find a breakdown of the different types. Thank you in advance.
