ERP and Crystal Reports

I have just joined this company and they have been without IT for 6 mo. The system is a mess, and also some of our support contracts are overdue. We are running Macola 7.5 and bought the Extensibility Suite (Crystal, FRX, and F9), but we do not seem to have the ERP module. They do not want to buy the ERP module because they feel I should be able to do everything with Crystal. I am trying to change a report (OErint Acknowledgements). There are several report formats for that (10,15,20,25,30). Using Progression Workflow Explorer I only find one report. How do I find the individual reports for the numbers? I really don't know where to turn to for help. I'm also finding that on some printers the first inch of the report is being printed.

First, macola dies not have an ERP "module". There are several modules that make macola a valid ERP solution.

Second, your form are under system manager, maintain, form maintenance. Macola has not yet made crystal report for thier forms per se (although I have seen people wrote their own). Tis is primarily because the process of printing a form in macola updates data files (increments next invoice #, posts data to history, etc) where as printing a report, especially a crystal report, does nothing like that.

In terms of the printer issue I have never run accross anything like this so I don't know, but I would change printer drivers if a new one is available. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
