ERP 8.0 migration to E8.11..

Anyone went through this?
Something to be extra careful?
Something to pay more attention to?
Guidelines and steps, estimated time to complete all stages?

Thank you all.

There are many significant differences between 8.0 and 8.11, user interface, unicode database

I've heard of a few people having some difficulty with the table conversions, so I would be wary of that.

As far as timelines, well, that all depends on your environment, platform, size of your 8.0 database etc. It will be much quicker for a company with 2 win2k enterprise servers in a single location to migrate, than say a company with 12 at multiple locations. (as an example)

I believe there are some docs out on peoplesoft connect site that detail some of the differences between the versions.
